I was never into square canvases so in order to overcome my disinterest of squares, I started to paint on it. The real reason of my disinterest in squares is that you can't tell which it top or bottom. I wanted to disrupt it and not have the painting identical on all sides. There is a moment on the right side where the colors are nicely placed which I see it as an interruption of repetition. It Can't All Be the Same Everywhere oil on canvas 38 x 38 inches 2023
