After Gerard de Borch (Dutch, 1617-1681), The Gallant Conversation. This a framed reproduction print after the original painting by the Dutch artist de Borch. The print appears to have originally been sold by San Francisco art dealer M.C. Ansbro and is identified as a fac-simile. The actual printing technique is not know, but under magnification this seems more like a lithograph then an offset lithograph. Definitely a high quality print. The age is difficult to estimate as well. Based on the lack of a zip code we are saying this item predates 1960. As an estimate we will call this ca. 1950. Set in a painted black wood frame behind a glass front. The frame is 24" x 21" x 2".
