Artist Anne Bohne Curtis grew up in Savannah, Georgia, and still draws inspiration from the surrounding countryside. "I paint what inspires me and I am moved by the beauty of our natural landscapes, particularly here in the Southeast," she explains. "My hope with all of my works is to capture the spirit of my subjects through color, light, and brush strokes." In this exclusive impressionistic landscape, Anne depicts the South's ubiquitous pines in verdant strokes of forest green, moss, goldenrod, and blush.
