We just ascertained that artist, Walter E. Church (1893-1976), was a prominent architect in Portland, Oregon. In addition to his buildings, his legacy is a wonderful collection of pencil drawings, done in the 1920s in France and England, perhaps on a grand tour. This one, dated July 10, 1920 is a view of a churchyard in Chevening, a civil parish in Kent. It is matted in an acid-free mat to 11" x 14" for ease of framing and is in excellent condition, as pictured. Please see our other listings for more Church drawings, watercolors, and etchings; we will combine shipping!
