We wish we knew more about this artist, Walter E. Church, because his legacy is a wonderful collection of pencil drawings watercolors, and etchings, done in the 1920s in France and England. This one, an etching, depicts a streetscape in Richelieu. It is matted in an acid-free mat to 8" x 10" for ease of framing and is in excellent condition, as pictured.
