Antique 19th Century Portrait of a Woman, Framed (Oil on Canvas). Portrait of a woman in black against a dark background. Housed in a deep set half clam shell frame with a striated detail. There is a gilt metal inset trim. The edges of the frame are a hand carved scallop design. In good condition with wear consistent with ages. Craquelure is present on the canvas.
