This is a really quality French Empire pastel portrait on paper c1780. The pastel is in very good condition. The colors are nice and untouched. The painting described a young girl wearing a bonnet trimmed with lace and wearing a pink rose. The frame appears to be the original and it’s in used condition. With frame: 11” H x 9 3/8” W , without frame: 8”H x 7 3/4” W.
