Beautiful antique oil painting of a fall landscape with trees and a laneway. The frame is gold painted wood and has some chips and some paper residue on the edges. The painting has some cracking and chips in the paint as well as some pinholes at the corners. Signed by the artist in the bottom right corner. There is nothing on the back for hanging. The painting is on stretched canvas secured with nails. The back paper is cut out, as seen in the photos. The frame is: 15.25” wide 11.25” tall 1” deep
