Inserted in romantic frames beautifully hand-painted in provencal style with floral decorations (one with painted pomegranates) and antiqued. lithographer: anton hartinger, born on 6 august 1806 in vienna, died there on 7 january 1890, was a painter and lithographer of flowers. He studied from 1820 at the academy of fine arts in vienna with ignaz strenzel and sebastian wegmayr, specializing in images of flowers and fruit. In 1836 he became a proofreader of the flower and fruit school of the vienna academy, from 1843 to 1851 he was a member. In 1825 he received the gundel prize for floral painting, in 1829 the füger prize.
