Presented in original parcel gilt vintage frame C.1950s-1960s with award plaques from The Hudson Valley Art Association and The Kent Art Association 1985. Painting circa 1960s-1985. From the estate of the artist. Reilly studied oil painting with local noted artist, Samuel Brown and established a successful career as a prominent painter, winning numerous prestigious awards in national art organizations.
