This early 20th century beach scene pastel is attributed to Tom Robert Way (1861-1913). He was an English painter of landscapes and portraits As well as a lithographer. He exhibited his work in London between 1883 and 1893. He designed posters for the London Underground between 1910 and 1913. This piece is unsigned, but the gallery tag and the auction tag are attached to the verso.
