It is signed, titled, dated and numbered 5/8 in the print, also hand signed in pencil by the artist. The image size is 15.5 x 9.85 inches, framed size is 32.25 x 20.25 inches. Custom framed in a metal black frame, with black matting. It is in excellent condition, the frame has minor scratches, barely visible. About the artist: American artist Betty Rees Heredia A.K.A Betty Snyder Shapiro 1919-2011 was a multi-dimensional artist. She was well noted for her work in oil painting, water color, wax pencil, charcoal, sumi ink, drawing, hand made paper sculpture, paper mache, clay, wood, marble, printmaking, wood cuts, linoleum block, etching, monotype, serigraph, and multi-media silk screen. She attended the Tyler School of Art at Temple University, and studied under the founder, Boris Blai, and printmaker Arthur Flour. Her work is held in collections in California and nationwide. Two of her work are in the collection of the De Young Museum in San Francisco.
