Surfing teenagers of the Beach Party series follow up Muscle Beach Party with a third fling at the beach and welcome a visitor, British recording star Potato Bug (Avalon in a campy dual role). But, golly gee, wealthy Wynn wants to turn their sandy, surfin' shores into a retirement community. What to do? Sing a few songs, dance in your bathing suits, and have fun.
