"The Feeling" 20x16 I created a set of 7 paintings with the idea of having emotions showing through the brushstrokes. "The Journey of Expressions" encapsulates what sort of emotions I was going through at the time I was working on each painting. Whether there was anxiety, happiness, fear, or just overwhelming feelings, I really wanted to have those expressions show on the canvas. I find that the way we can see emotions and connect to them is through looking at the brushstrokes. All of the 7 paintings were done using acrylic and oil pastels.
