This is a c1900 French, antique, Art Nouveau ,botanical, design chromolithograph that came from an unbound portfolio, Le Album de la Decoration. It is NOT a recent reprodcuction print. Such designs were inspirational works for leather, tapestries, textiles, ceramics, jewelry, etc. The designs have classic Art Nouveau elements. It features the amarylis and violets in subtle harmony of warmth in oranges, yellows and greens. This is a RARE find with the passage of time. Excellent condition. The design measures 7.5 x 12 inches; the chromolithograph plate to edge is 10.5 x 14.15 inches.
