Using acrylic paint, glue, torn paper on Bristol paper, mounted on foam core Kemper creates an interesting composition. Kemper studied Design at the University of Cincinnati College of Design, Architecture, Art and Planning (DAAP), where he currently also teaches. His fine art pieces have an international following, and his creative design work has won numerous awards. He has exhibited in several galleries in the US and has completed exclusive commissions for private collectors.
