Part of a triptych, this marvelous piece was crafted by artist Alice Corbetta to capture the poetic association between geographical and emotional boundaries. The geographic-like profile traces the neat contrast between the Armenian red bole and the area where gold and brass leaves get sulfur-oxidized following an ancient gilding technique.
