The Dalilips Sofa from BD Barcelona offers dramatic and luxurious artistry that expanded from a single museum to be able to add a warm and playful presence into any home or public setting. A retro design from the minds of Salvador Dali and Oscar Tusquets, it was inspired by the sultry smile and expressive lips of Hollywood icon Mae West. The lip-shaped creation is fun and whimsical, originally designed in 1972 for the Dalí Museum in Figueres, Spain, and fabricated via rotational molding from Polyethylene, the curving seat doubles as a declarative art piece, with its curves providing sculpture and seating indoors or out.
