Having graduated from the glasgow school of art in 1991, shrigley has since gained international recognition for his distinctive drawings, sculptures, and text-based works. Known for his dark humour and deliberately crude style, shrigley explores the absurdities of everyday life with wit and sharp social commentary. A 2013 turner prize nominee, his work has been exhibited globally.
