Day At The Beach 61.75 X 41.75 Inch Hand Painted Canvas

A long weekend at the beach last summer gave me plenty of subject matter for my sketchbook. I sat there one afternoon and watched the seagulls march back and forth as they avoided the incoming waves. With my abstract eye, I started to add texture and shapes. Each I think added to the overall feel I had as I sat there and contemplated taking a mid afternoon nap.
