Gerhard dölz 08.07.1926 born in tauschwitz 1939 apprenticeship as a lithographer 1944 studied painting & graphics with toni drinhausen and from 1951 heinz bösemann. member of the association of fine artists of the gdr 1954 workshop community with gerda körting 1958 founded his own workshop in saalfeld.
