A wonderful framed pair of botanical engravings published by Thomas Curtis in 1804 and 1806. The engraving to the left is of the Great Flowered Celsia and was plate 964 from the 1806 edition. The engraving on the right is of Yellow Asphodel or Kingspear, Plate 773 and comes from the 1804 edition. The prints are framed in a vintage gilt frame and feature a lovely French matting with marbled paper borders. All in all a lovely combination.
