Elemental is one of only a few collages by Canadian artist Phyllis Albone that were done by lifting the paint from an earlier abstract painting and then combining the fragments with acrylic paint. It was painstaking work. The small abstract is signed and framed, measurements inside the mount are 6.5"high x 4.75"wide.
