Passepartout is included (dimensions: cm 30 x 38). Perfect condition. The London Conference is an beautiful pen drawing on paper realized with black pen and an inscription on the lower right corner. It is a project depicting several male figures that are walking down a road. The work has been realized by the French artist Emile Hugon (1852 - 1913). This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no official proof of authenticity, however it is well documented in design history.
