The dove of peace is an original etching artwork realized in 1983 by emilio greco. Hand-signed on the lower right and dated. Artist's proof, on the lower left in pencil. In very good conditions with folding at the top right on the whitish frame which does not affect the image. The artwork fulfilled on the occasion of the sarajevo winter olympics. It is characterized bu confident and sort strokes, with an impressive feeling of peace demonstrated through symbolic combination of dove and girl. Emilio greco (catania, 11 ottobre 1913 – roma, 5 april 1995) was an italian sculptor, engraver, medallist, writer and poet.
