This is a painting of objects meaningful to me. I wanted to paint things around me that I love and try to convey that to the viewer in the composition. Included are a pitcher of blue plumbago, a carved woodpecker, a maquette that is a gift from my mentor and a wood art box I found in a free pile on the street across from Theo Van Gogh’s house in Paris.
