The artwork is the plate four from Los Caprichos, series of 80 plates published for the first time by Goya himself in 1799, and published in a total of 12 editions. Good condition except for some foxing. 4th Edition. Ref. Harris 39. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker.
