This is a late 19th century chromolithograph print from Auguste Racinet's "L'Ornement Polychrome". This was a 6-volume work recording the decorative arts from antiquity to the nineteenth century. This print depicts Russian metalworking and ornamental patterns. For Racinet, the goal of his documentation was to honor past craftsmen and inspire innovations in design from his contemporaries. I have several of these beautiful etchings listed and these would make a stunning wall display grouping.
