Two Figures is an original modern artwork realized by Giacomo Manzù in 1970s. Black and white etching Hand Signed and numbered on the lower margin. Edition of 3/7 prints. Includes frame Giacomo Manzù, pseudonym of Giacomo Manzoni, was a famous italian artist and sculptor. He devoted himself to sculpture, but also to drawings, etchings and paintings, often centred on female models, painters, female dancers and lovers figures. His works are valued also abroad, where, as well as in Italy, he exhibited from 1933. He also won several italian and internationsl prizes thanks to his famous works and his importance in art field. His works are exposed in several museums, like Vatican Museums and Giacomo Manzù Museum in Ardea. This rare etching is the n.3 of an edition of 7 prints. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no official proof of authenticity, however it is well documented in design history.
