Entirely hand-painted French faience plate in Gien's Pivoines pattern. Big peonies bloom across the plate. Beautiful scrolling sapphire border design with ochre-rimmed edges. With two holes on back interior raised rim made during manufacture and fitted with wire or string for hanging.
