A striking and sophisticated combination of black and white shades, it portrays the magnificent natural veining of a marble surface from the walls of a historical building in Milan, the Galleria Passerella 2, designed by Ponti in collaboration with Antonio Fornaroli and the Soncini brothers in 1950.
