Grande Contrappunto 2

An impeccable piece of decor by Amelia Corvino, this panel is fashioned of a refined mint green damask coming from the most prestigious Venetian weaver's shops. Internally filled with fine cotton fabric, a wooden frame is available upon request. Reminiscent of the superb melodic combination known in music as a counterpoint ("contrappunto" in Italian), this piece functions as an artistic bridge between the East and the West, combining the typical damask pattern on its top part with an Islamic geometric motif on the bottom.
