Haitian Fruit Painting purchased by my husband in 2015. He was a doctor who arrived in Haiti to provide medical relief after the 2010 earthquake and then continued to go to Port-au-Prince where he had set up a community development organization. He purchased Haitian art done by young Haitian artists for 8 years at the marketplace in Port-au-Prince which is where this painting was purchased. Attractive maple frame.
