He graduated painting department of latvia art academy (1949). artist took part in exhibitions since 1947. self-exhibitions were organized in riga (1967, 1968, 1977, 1992, 1995), liepaja, ventspils (both 1972), valmiera, saldus (both 1982), jurmala (1988), lapmezciems (1997). h. Veldre was a member of artists` union since 1949. he worked as a pedagogue in j. Rozentals school of art in riga (1951 – 56, 1964 – 65). This piece has an attribution mark, i am sure that it is completely authentic and take full responsibility for any authenticity issues arising from misattribution
