Henri A. Hebert was born in Geneva in the 19th century. Genre painter and son of Jules Hebert both belonging to the Swiss school. The Geneva museum preserves his work "apples in a cage". His works went up for sale at public auction 59 times. Work on cardboard sold with a frame. The total size with the frame is 26.5x31.5 cm. The work is in good condition despite some traces of age-related wear and a small hanging hole at the top of the work. Dated and signed. This piece has an attribution mark, I am sure that it is completely authentic and take full responsibility for any authenticity issues arising from misattribution
