HENRI LENOIR (1939-2015) France/ 20th-21st Century Influenced by the Fauvist Masters and their use of color and texture Lenoir's technique captures the essence of the French Riviera, he attended L’ Ecote de Arts and exhibited in Paris, Bordeaux and Oslo. Lenoir lived part of each year in the South of France painting the cities, beaches and boat filled harbors set against the panoramic views of the Mediterranean. Lenoir's body of work is comprised of oil on canvas, pastel studies and illustration dating 1959-2010.
