This abstract painting is by well known and listed artist Vladimir Prodanovich (Yugoslavia, b. 1952), who painted it in 2006. Measuring 48” high X 27” wide X 2.5” deep. In 1983, Prodanovich immigrated to the USA and first settled in Philadelphia. As a self-taught artist he exhibited his paintings at gallery Brera on South St.. He also worked as a billboard painter for The Theater Center of Philadelphia. He was immediately influenced by graffiti art that was all over that town, and in a way he transformed that into his paintings. In 1986, Prodanovich moved to California and settled in Laguna Beach. He exhibited in many galleries including, Gallery 224, Marion Mayer Contemporary Art, Denise Roberge Gallery in Palm Desert and Soho Gallery LA in Studio City and Colin Fisher Studios in Cathedral City, CA. Today his paintings and sculptures are in many collections around the country and beyond.
