Indoesian Treasures Framed Prints From The Lilian August Collection—a Pair

Chairish

$240

Steve Butler is the artist who painted Indonesian Treasures I and II, a pair of regally decorated elephants facing each other in these prints. The frames are exceptional, made from wood that has been painted black with a gray wash on top. The lighter strips of wood give the illusion of being burled wood, but they are actually painted. There is still a card on the back of one print showing that these pieces are from the Lilian August Collection in Westport, Connecticut. Both of these frames are in very good condition with no issues to mention. The prints are behind glass, which is also in good condition. These are quality frames and are heavy. I photographed these two framed prints outside on a sunny day in June. They will invariably look different when viewed in an interior setting under artificial light. Please take this into consideration when matching colors. Measurements Height: 23.5" Width: 29" Depth: 1.5"
