This botanical lithograph comes from the mid 19th century publication "The Floral Magazine: Figures and Descriptions of Popular Garden Flowers, Vol. 3" published in 1864. The piece was originally drawn for the magazine by James Andrews (who was a well know botanical artist and illustrator of the time). This piece is hand-colored and enhanced with gum Arabic.  The lithograph are in very good condition with little foxing and toning.
