Ivan Hor is a French painter from Saint-Tropez. He works with palette knife painting, ink drawings, and humorous comics. In the late 1980s, he began creating three-dimensional works, inspired by the sea and sunny life. He developed a unique technique he calls "Art Bateau" (Boat Art), which involves composing visualizations exclusively from small paper boats. His work includes 3D collages, acrylic paintings, and sculptures, using materials such as paper, wood, papier-mâché, and acrylic paint. The artist exhibits his works internationally, fetching high prices on the collector's market. This work represents the Art Boat style, representing one of the oldest examples of the artist's main period. The work is framed by the artist, hand-signed, with stamps on the reverse. In several places on the frame there are visible slight mechanical damage.
