Muizulis worked as a newspaper/magazine illustrator at „literatūra un māksla”, „zvaigzne”, „veselība”, „skola un ģimene” and book illustrator (m. Laliča „kāzas”, 1967; n. Hikmeta „romantika”, 1968; a. Fidlera „rio de oro”, 1969; r. Luginskas „neej man garaam”, 1969; o. Gūtmaņa „mednieku zemē”, 1969 and other.). since 1973 – member of the latvian artists’ union. since 1965 – takes part in exhibitions solo exhibitions: riga – 1985, 1990, 2008. kale (france) – 1988. muizulis painting is based on the principles of decorativeness, abstract images, contrasts of color areas, linear rhythms. Characteristic bright colors and in his works he uses pure color contrasts. his paintings are in latvia and foreign states, latvian art museum and private collections. this piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker.
