Entitled "John", this 2018-19 mixed media on paper abstracted nude portrait is by contemporary Mendocino/Bay Area artist, Gaétan Caron (b. 1964), co-founder of Lost Art Salon in San Francisco. Caron's work is inspired by his surroundings and life in the mountains of inland Mendocino County, Northern California. This work was painted at the Arthur Johnsen Studio on the Big Island, Puna District, Hawaii. Initialed at the bottom inside the image area. Excellent condition.
