Original etching and aquatint by John Dorish titled Still life in the Park, created in 1994. Hand-signed, dated, titled, and marked “A.P.” (Artist’s Proof) in pencil in the lower margin. Depicts a New York City park scene with a tabletop still life of fruit against a nighttime cityscape and bare trees. Dorish is known for his New York and Greenwich Village scenes in both painting and printmaking. Born in Pittsburgh in 1947, he later established a studio in New York and studied printmaking at the Art Students League.
