Both figures are the last word in 1920s chic. Art measures 9 1/4" x 11 1/2", and the frame is 14 1/2" x 18 1/2". Joseph L. Kraemer (1872 - 1938) was active and lived in Michigan and Germany. He was known as an Illustrator, sculptor, and engraver.
