Joseph Rovers was a Dutch mid 20th century Painter. He has had Auction results over $6500. His best known for his nudes, seascapes and still lifes. This beautiful abstract Seascape measures 25 inches wide by 19 inches high. The frame which looks to be original measures 34“ x 28“. I thought this was an oil on canvas, but after further examination, I believe it is an original silk screen on canvas.
