She is a self-taught painter who has a unique color sense. Her works have a primitive feeling and emphasize a whimsical sense of humor. In 1977 Bardoux created a half-hour movie segment of the process of creating a lithograph. This will be used as a short subject preceding movies in France and in the United States. Miss Bardoux is a cousin of past President, Giscard d'Estaing, of France.
