Kent Film Festival number 9 poster. A three color poster consisting of a black background, white outlines depicting movie theater seats and a superimposed very 1970s font, number 9. Older movie goers would remember that the old celluloid film would count down backwards to the actual movie. The graphics on the bottom read (all lower case): kent film festival number 9 april 5/6/7 1973 sponsored by tuesday cinema film society and all campus planning board films from the 11th Ann Arbor film festival 8:00 pm. university auditorium admission $1.00 different films all three nights. The graphics and design were by Charles Walker/Brett Buchanan/William R. Hannah/ Tarragon Graphics. William Hanna also designed for Knoll and Knoll international. Good overall condition. The poster was rolled up. No visible rips, tears, foxing or staining. The colors are still very strong and vivid. Minimum fade if any. The edges and corners are intact and in good condition. Will be rolled up and mailed in a tube. Foam core not included. Approximately 22" wide x 32" high.
