Martin Ingley was born in Somerset in 1953 and studied art at Oxford Polytechnic and Maidstone College of Art. His work has been exhibited widely in England and Europe since the 1980s. His unique pieces are hand carved from layers of laminated paper board and painted with acrylic, and focus on color, form, and texture.
