Depicts two rather ominous gargoyles in a surrealist manner recalled from his visit to the Notre Dame Cathedral. Obtained from the artist's estate. Framed with glass and double matting. Frame measures 17.5" wide , 14.5" tall. Image area is 9.5" x 7.5". The print is in undamaged, pristine condition. The frame has some nicks/abrasions with minor retouch lower left corner as shown. This image of gargoyles atop Notre Dame cathedral in Paris, France, was based on a photograph shot in 1987." About the Artist Over his career, Jerry DiFalco (Camden, NJ 1952-2021) exhibited his work in over 400 solo and group exhibitions worldwide. He was deeply rooted in the Philadelphia arts community, working at and mentoring students at the Fleisher Art Memorial. DiFalco was an active member of Philadelphia's DaVinci Art Alliance and the International Print Center of New York & the Arts Alliance of New York among many others.
