A lithograph from a series titled "Les Innamorati (The Lovers)" by the French artist Jean Cocteau (1889-1963). This work depicts two embracing Cubist style figures standing under a blue sky and next to a green field. Displayed in a black frame and mounted on black board, the print is numbered in white chalk 147/300 to the lower left. This image was originally printed in 1961 but this particular print was printed in 1994 by Artco-France under the supervision and approval of Jean Cocteau Estate and the Jean Cocteau Foundation. The embossed stamp of the Estate is located lower right.
